Booking

We are open every day for lunch and dinner services, but only by reservation. From Monday to Saturday, we offer an “à la carte service” that changes every month based on the seasonal products available.

On Sundays, we only have a fixed menu for lunch which includes a variety of appetisers, a choice of typical first courses of fresh pasta and second courses, and a traditional dessert. The meal also includes water and house wine, coffee, and local digestive liqueurs at the cost of €45 per person. Children between the ages of 2 to 10 years can dine at half price. If you have any specific dietary needs, please inform us during the reservation process. We offer alternative dishes to cater to different dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.

IS Perdas Sardinian cuisine is based on a simple and genuine philosophy of life. Our local products are offered seasonally and boast true and refined flavours. You can enjoy our sheep and goat cheeses, grilled meats, and crispy bread that is still made using mother yeast on native wheat flour, like the “Cappelli” wheat, which enhances its quality and taste.
Additionally, you can try their extra virgin olive oil, which has a golden colour and intense taste. Our skilled Sardinian women make pasta by hand, and they are always happy to teach the secrets of their art to anyone interested through their dedicated kitchen courses.

You will be taken on a journey of traditional tastes and aromas, beginning with a breakfast made from locally sourced ingredients. You can enjoy homemade desserts and jams, fresh milk and yoghurt from the dairy, as well as ricotta cheese, cheese, and local cured meats. Lunches and dinners are filled with the scents of authentic cuisine, made with seasonal ingredients that respect the traditions of the area. You can enjoy classic dishes such as malloreddus, culurgiones, su succus, suckling pig on a spit and stuffed chicken, and finish your meal with delicious desserts made with artfully decorated almond paste to sweeten an unforgettable meal.
